How do I place my order?

For missing products or incorrect item delivery, please submit a support request via service@uvyeoi.com. Kindly include your official order number (transaction reference number) and clear proof photos (file size limited to 1MB or below). We will arrange a free reshipment of the correct products at no extra cost to you. You may keep the incorrectly delivered items as a complimentary gift from our team.
