If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased products, you may apply for a return within 180 days after receiving the goods. All returned products must be kept in original unused condition with all official tags and attachments intact.
After we receive and verify the returned goods, we will arrange a full refund via the original payment channel within 7 business days, or you can choose our official product exchange service as an alternative.

1. REQUEST A RETURN

Please send your return or exchange application email with detailed order information to our official support mailboxservice@uvyeoi.com.

2. PACKAGE THE RETURNED ITEMS

Please pack the returned products safely and completely, and attach the original purchase invoice. If you no longer have the original product packaging, please follow the official packaging guidelines of USPS, UPS or FedEx to ensure the goods are fully protected during transportation.

3. ARRANGE SHIPMENT

Print and paste the official return label on the package and seal it tightly. Please completely cover or remove all old shipping labels and barcodes to avoid delivery errors. Drop off the sealed package at the nearest USPS, UPS or FedEx offline service outlet.

4. EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND

We will send an official email confirmation immediately after receiving your returned package. For full-price regular products, you can freely choose product exchange, store credit or full refund (refund will be completed within 7 working days after goods verification). All discounted and promotional products only support exchange and store credit services, and are not eligible for cash refund, unless explicitly marked as final sale items.
